I submit this report in good faith. The information and my stated relationship to the affected voice are accurate to the best of my knowledge. If I claim to represent someone, I am authorized to do so. I have not knowingly fabricated evidence or misrepresented my authority.

Reports are reviewed on their evidence. Submitting a report does not automatically suspend a voice or account. We may take immediate action where credible urgent harm or legal obligations require it.

See the Voice Consent Policy for our review process.
